Pros
The support and communication from co-workers and upper management is amazing. SeniorBridge/Humana at Home prides itself in cultivating each employees strengths, and encourages and supports goals both personal and professional. I've worked in Senior Care for 25 years and haven't seen the dedication from management helping employees to be productive AND happy. It seems like a simple algorithm but I haven't experienced too many companies that have used it. The company sends out daily positive messages anywhere from employees volunteering success stories, helping states during weather related disasters to the vision of the company. I feel very lucky to be employed here.
Cons
It's a large company and sometimes getting information from human resources takes several days.
