    Pros

    Really good employees and team to work with at Sense. Structured and well planned campaign planning process involving all the relevant people Lovely atmosphere to work in and always open to new ideas Passionate and humble CEO

    Great if you're self-motivated to help Sense grow – difficult to progress upward career wise in a short-period of time.

    Pros

    With the branch I volunteer at, the team is friendly, along with some of the regular customers, and very understanding of things. When starting trying out different jobs within the shop, there tends to be someone nearby in case you have questions, and it feels like a comfortable, supportive environment/ team.

    Cons

    As with any shop, there are slow times when on the shop floor, which can get to feeling particularly tedious when you're down there alone, and have already checked that the shop floor is tidy.
