Pros
Such a positive place to work and so many pros. Honesty/Integrity: They have a product/platform that works and it does what they say it can do. People: From the top down, the people here are kind, have a great work ethic, appreciate everyone's efforts and empower team members to get their jobs done. Communication: Employees are kept informed about everything going on with the company, products, people and projects. Management listens.
Cons
None that are significant to point out. The company will continue to scale up from a startup to a medium-sized company and with that will come its own set of challenges that the company will need to address. This isn't a con, but is simply meant to point out.
