    Fun environment
    20% discount on all merchandise and 40% on sephora collection items.
    I was able to work part time going through college.

    Cons

    Management could make or break the work environment. Leads can often be passive aggressive and uptight. Employees can also be kind of clique-y. There isn't a lot of room for growth and working retail sucks no matter where you go mostly because of inconsistent work schedules and not to mention working weekends. Standing all day sucks too.

    Advice to Management

    Hiring better leads could definitely create a more welcoming workplace

    Get to see new product coming out and get to review products and learn about them. Constantly doing new changes.

    Long hours for little pay out, consistently doing processes under pressure and little communication often times by yourself lifting heavy objects

    Great managers, Great training, and networking with higher-ups of makeup brands represented in Sephora, amazing at accommodating my work/life balance, gratis (duh!)

    Cons

    Training only in 1 area - would have liked to been taught a spot of skin care to go along with my makeup knowledge.

    Advice to Management

    Keep it up. You guys made a lasting impression on me, and I am so grateful for our relationship. I often bring up my experience with other makeup artists, and still have friends in many Sephoras across Canada that love their job.
