      Pros

      Financially secure small company with a fantastic work environment. Reasonable pay/benefits.

      Cons

      Upper/Mid management communication is spotty...management is far too top heavy for the number of 'grunts' actually doing work.

      Sequoia was an awesome place to work. The people were great and the CEO was very down to earth.

      They were acquired by Blackboard.

      Great small company that you never want to leave

      Pros

      Everyone here is like family. We work hard and sometimes long hours, but I feel I am valued and appreciated and the pay and benefits reflect this.

      Cons

      Since it is a smaller company, there's a lot of hat-wearing to be done. To be trusted with more responsibility is good for my confidence, but not always for my stress level.
