* Good team culture in both finance and wider team * Flexible working and understanding management team * Opportunities to get involved and progress and can also get involved on different projects depending on your interests as well

Cons

* Nothing of significance to note apart from trying to streamline processes and use technology to employee's advantage which takes time to implement however already reaping benefits for team in terms of time saved

Sermo is a very successful and continuously growing company. I would describe the company culture as friendly, energetic, and enthusiastic. The relationship across departments is convivial. This is an ambitious company filled up with talented individuals. I particularly appreciate the transparency in which we operate with our clients, colleagues, and contractors. I am enjoying my time since joining Sermo just over 2 years ago.
