Depending on center you work for, could be good or bad management Bad work/life balance

Commissions get reduced multiple times a year, but corporate (and in turn local management) try to frame it as a positive. Bonus structure makes it nearly impossible to get a bonus. They value shareholder profits over anything and everything - including doing business with integrity or treating employees like human beings rather than cogs in their profit machine. They genuinely do not care if their employees make a living wage.

Horrible PTO policy. Management does not listen to employees. Management does not appear to have a good grasp on how to set goals and structure the organization to meet said goals

Poor management and toxic work culture in NAAC

Each day was unpredictable. The office was renovating at the time and management was always changing. There was never a normal week.

No guarantee of hours or good pay. All luck based on what gets scheduled. Insurance was expensive yet subpar.

Micromanagement to the extreme. Management pushed a no friendly no interactive culture. Desks were arranged in the bull pen like you were in grade school.
