Pros

None apply since the takeover

Cons

It used to be a lovely place to work, former CEO and owner was a great employer. However since the takeover from Brentwood Associates, it's has become a toxic workplace, where employees are leaving in droves. The wonderful things that used to apply to the company are no more.

Pros

Flexible working is the only pro of this company

Cons

- Inconsiderate of peoples’ livelihoods (no progression or bonuses at all) - No budget for any kind of benefits - Actively started employing people from South Africa and letting UK people go - Favoritism amongst the employees- while some can’t get money for one training session the others are traveling around meeting clients (always the same bunch of people)

Pros

Remote work, flexibility and a *seemingly* nice culture

Cons

Disorganized, sketchy, deceiving, offer no support and then blame you for it. A real mess of a company. Tools/software/research is lacking to say the least.

Dear Anonymous Thank you for sharing your feedback about your experience at Bulbshare. We take your concerns seriously and are genuinely committed to constantly evolving and improving our employee experience. Probation periods are there to help ensure all parties are aligned and l’m sorry that we didn’t meet your expectations. I'm pleased to inform you that we've recently appointed a new Head of HR, who has been instrumental in transforming our onboarding process. In the last few months, we've introduced a robust onboarding system with 1, 4, and 8-week check-ins. This ensures that our employees receive the necessary support and guidance to succeed in their roles. We've also made significant strides in providing clarity around performance objectives and job responsibilities, creating a more transparent and focused work environment. I'm excited to share that we're currently in a key phase of growth, where we're implementing new policies and processes each week. Our fast-paced and exciting atmosphere provides a rewarding experience for our team members, and we've allocated budgets specifically for personal training and development, ensuring our employees have the resources they need to grow both personally and professionally. I'm also proud to mention that our research team has been shortlisted for a prestigious industry award, a testament to the quality and dedication they bring to our clients. Furthermore, we've bolstered our product team with additions to our QA team and our ever expanding engineering base. We are also actively recruiting to further enhance our capabilities. Your advice to management is valued, and we're committed to improving. We're focused on fostering a culture of honesty, transparency, and appreciation for our employees. Feedback in real-time, along with constructive criticism, is essential for us to achieve our goals, and we're working to ensure that probation periods are supportive and not challenging without assistance. Thank you for your insights. We value your perspective, and it's essential in guiding our efforts to create a great workplace for everyone. Best Bulbshare
