Servotronics is a very abusive and toxic environment where the CEO is corrupt and incompetent, the VP calls people "stupid" in front of their coworkers, the HR team retaliates against employees and people who try to make things better are punished

This company is full of corruption the right hand does not know what the left hand is doing. Management has their head up there behind. The CEO Ken trbovich is it rich kid that inherited this company that his father built he has destroyed what his father has built. Ken treats his employees like peasants this is not a company you want to work for
