      None that come to mind.

      Cons

      No documentation, consistent processes, or goal setting. Flaky tests and broke. CI/CD pipelines. Every day you are at the whim of the engineering cofounder. Too much ego and no leadership experience leads to a toxic culture with terrible engineering practices.
