      It's a place to get your foot in the door after college. They advertise themselves as a stepping stone.

      No training. No respect for employees.

      Free Coffee in the Kitchen

      Cons

      The manager hired me for my experience and knowledge .I started working and refused to take any of my suggestions . I was let go after 2 months along with the other 2 people in my group . I was never given sat done with my manager and HR about my performance . I see my job posted now at junior level . I guess they rather train someone to think like them .
