      spanish supervisor, gives written warning, no appreciation, no motivation, does't care about employee, already 3 people left under his supervision.

      Great benefits, a lot of good people to work with (referring to fellow front-line staff, NOT supervisors and managers and up). Great to know work schedule at least a month in advance

      Cons

      Worker morale on the low side of things. HR department incompetant, rarely on employees' side vs the company. Supervisors afraid to stick up for employees out of fear for their own job.
