Low tips due to clientele

The teenage workers think they’re the managers, It took 3 incidents before doing something about me being “seggs” harassed The management is horrible they will not properly train you they will not help you do anything. There’s also black mold in their drink fountain. No one cleans properly you’ll constantly have to do other peoples work cause management won’t. Also they tell you pay is 2.50 a hr plus tips but, pay you 2.35 you never get a paycheck and if they “make up the difference” it’s only 5.35 an hr if your tips don’t add up to that. They also pick favorites and let them do whatever, when I called in bc my son had a emergency at school they told me that I need to stop doing this mind you I called 3hrs ahead of time. So I quit good riddance.
