      You are sole responsible for failure of your project even if it was reviewed by CEO - its not a pro

      Cons

      - Unrealistic approach towards market - Creating fake demand and supply - Internal system has loophole and very well known to everyone don’t know why top management doesn’t bother about it - Very frequent hire and fire, ruining career system - Management centric environment - Never had a happy personal discussion in groups related to work and the way company is acting in the market, everyone is fed up the only people staying back and working because they don’t have other jobs in hand.
