I worked here for 3 long years, and I can attest that they are true with their values. -very supportive team -approachable leadership -engagements -work environment (it so light that you would want to work in the office every single day)

Cons

•There were some parts that they need to improve on and their contract terms are so heavily skewed towards cost saving (so you might need to double check your contract) because if the client disengaged, you bear the burden, not on them) Yes, they are people first, but still, business as usual. • Limited career opportunity/growth • Delay or no salary increase • Poor HMO provider
