      Pros

      Good one for starters, good for the people who have the knowledge about the rural areas and culture, good to work if you want to be at home because often they provide home place to work.

      Cons

      Very non-transparent, little power among the regional head of sales, salary structures not good, not regular in compensation, turning deaf ears to the people's suggestions.
