Wisest Fools are at the helm of affairs in Top and Mid Management with no knowledge of ground realities,Customers mindset, market dynamics, Company will be doomed once Rjio launches Wireline business . If anyone wants to learn "How to screw a company Royally" please join this organization and You will become better entrepreneur. Everyone is just saving their skin by being "YES MEN".. Nobody has any motivation nor will to scale this organization except CEO.... CEO is kept in dark of all ground realities, Data inputs are all fudge to paint a rosy picture, 2nd Rung leadership is big pain with no vision and mission. All are Excel, powerpoint Experts, Data in the review is manipulated, Known staff are Saved by their reporting managers, Company has more coaches then Players. No Place for Sincere and dedicated employees.

2nd Line of leadership is totally waste. Airtel guys working in Spectranet are good for nothing... They just think in linear way... Too much office politics... known disciples are promoted, They bring employees from their past organizations like Airtel/ACT who are goodie goodie to them, This impacts the whole organization leaving sincere and dedicated employees suffocating. Salaries are not paid on time... Nor Sales incentives... Attrition is very high... Organization doesn't respect existing customers.. Customers are treated like trash paper... Customers are as good as dustbin. Once customers pay money after that they will be treated like 3rd grade citizens.... Customers will literally end up begging their refunds/Service issues /security deposit. Etc They don't learn from mistakes of other organizations
