Pros
It was a very good learning opportunity for me. I was dealing with very challenging situations on a monthly basis, which helped me grow significantly. I also learned a lot in terms of communication skills and stakeholder management. The environment is very positive, and the team is highly respectful and supportive. One of the things I love most is that it is a young organization with a dynamic and energetic culture.
Cons
One of the challenges was the large number of changes happening within a very short time. While this was actually a good learning experience, it sometimes caused delays in other important projects and priorities. However, I do not consider it a major issue, as this is common in most technology industries and fast-paced organizations.
