Pros
* Extremely exciting products and customer-base. Proud to work for such a great company. There are very few opportunities to join such an influential company that will be, and already is, changing the world. * Working with global colleagues who are genuinely as excited and passionate about SiFive as you are, and who are committed to making it a success is a breath of fresh air. * The flexibility of the true hybrid working model is refreshing and enables you to be a great employee, but not at the expense of your commitments outside of work. * The modus operandi is that you and your abilities are truly believed in and you are trusted to get the job done. * The culture is pretty informal and the hierarchy is fairly flat. The best idea wins; it doesn't matter what your job title is (or isn't). * The general standard of work is high. There aren't many big egos, despite a lot of fantastic work going on.
Cons
* It's a (maturing) start-up so, some processes you might expect to have in place are missing (but others processes are slick and impressive). Although, this provides a great opportunity to take ownership of and do things you might not ordinarily have the chance to.
