      Pros

      It had profesional directors and were always friendly. They give me a lot of freedom to make changes and add my own style to the projects I was working on.

      Cons

      Sometimes I felt that my work was not taken serious. Some other times I felt that they didn't even know what the current project was about and I had to do it by myself.
