      Pros

      It is a company with clear focus on which technologies it wants to be in, which regions it wants to operate it, and the kind of people it wants to hire. There was a general friendliness in teams, while I worked there.

      Cons

      Departments / silos have formed over the years, which leads to lack of inter-department communication, further leading to lack of trust / confidence. This aspect, at times, slows down the process for front line staff.

      You can learn any kind of work from end to end

      Indiscipline in any team. Payroll team person is very arrogant. He gives salary as per his will and wish. Horrible salary deduction. No proper response to salary related questions. Payroll team insults the employees of anyone approaches with any questions. We need to plead and beg to get the amount back which has been deducted inappropriately. No escalation will work Payroll person do not have proper knowledge on salary calculations.
