Pros

Great product. Great engineering team.

Cons

Lots of competitors in the market. Lack of brand recognition and the biggest problem is the Toxic sales environment. Sales Mgt is over hiring and setting unrealistic sales quotas. Only a few reps hitting their goals. Most combative culture ever which is resulting in churning reps and sales engineers.

Pros

Seasoned management team (VMware, Facebook, SAP, Jive) and a strong eng core. Perks are great....good food, health club membership, train, parking, excellent healthcare. People want and need our product. As an AE, this is exactly what you want.

Cons

Elevator takes too long....... Parking can be painful after 10am

Pros

Extremely talented engineering team & great sales leadership in place coming from a very diverse technical background. The HQ office is probably going to be outgrown before long with how fast the company is growing. With a extremely talented engineering team and great sales coming in, I think the future is very bright!

Cons

HQ office could be better, benefits are average for a startup - which is still much better than most big companies.
