I’ve gained valuable experience in my current role, especially in patient communication, especially in patient communication, scheduling, and care coordination.

Cons

The workload can be fast-paced at times, which can make it challenging to balance all responsibilities efficiently during peak periods. There can occasionally be gaps in communication or frequent process changes, which can make it difficult to stay fully aligned.
