Pros

The product has some potential and it's a race for acquisition but definitely not a new innovation.

Cons

-Senior management for UK and EMEA are unprofessional - never have I experience such bad 70's style management ever, - Sexist & misogynistic EMEA Management who treats his female staff abhorrently, especially they turn down his advances. - clear favoritism towards one sales person in the UK based on tenure, - no desire from existing UK sales team to help on board new people - they see you as competition and make it obvious that they don't want you to do well. - unjustified arrogance by EMEA sales leadership and UK sales team towards customers and colleagues, - uncooperative marketing team, idea are immediately shot down because ' that's always the way we have done it', very aggressive and closed to new idea, - laddish football hooligan-type culture - dont believe the hype.

Pros

The company’s culture at the headquarter in Berlin, follows a Silicon Valley mentality. They are all young, open minded, fair to employees, and generally very good people. They do their best as a small company to provide a good environment for their employees.

Cons

The London office is a totally different world. Sadly, the environment is more like a three person show where the top sales management in the EMEA and an individual sales guy ( who are good mates) run the whole show in that office, and make all decisions. The buck seems to stop at the top of the GTM segment and as such doesn't get visibility across other parts of the business - that's why they can get away with it. Their decisions are more personal than based on the success of the company, If one of them likes you, you are in, and if one of them dislikes you, you are out for no real reason, and none of them try to find out why or how to solve the problem no matter how much you try. They just stop getting you involved and use all kinds of humiliating and potentially intimidating behaviour to make your life difficult. In my time at Signavio, I witnessed several people leaving the UK office for the same reason. They talk dirty, they talk behind each other’s back and all together like a school ground, it really is utterly unprofessional.

Pros

Signavio is positioned extremely well in the rapidly developing process modelling and mining space with core USPs and a really cool roadmap. Experienced management team that are happy to coach and develop reps that are open to learning. Nice set of colleagues across EMEA.

Cons

Not much to report here - would've preferred a MacBook Pro not Air!
