      alright job, customer service so its the customers that decide if you have a good day

      can be long days, and very busy. but that makes the day go faster. my store manager is good and fair

      Great support system from the staff I work with. Consistent training received- helped me become more confident with the job especially during busy hours.

      Cons

      Initially, it is difficult to upkeep Costa standards whilst training on the job, especially during busy hours. But eventually it becomes second nature, therefore you are able to avoid having bad habits.
