- Managers do not help you grow.
- Most of the managers are inexperienced
- Working remotely is not seen well, depending a lot on your department.
- Some managers will micromanage and will not give you an opportunity to present your ideas, even if you are a senior
- The employee turnover rate is high, and normally employees don't stay for more than 2 to 3 years (being a bit optimistic). Reasons are possibly related to the points I already raised above.
- On average, the company has a low share of female professionals. Probably not the best environment if you are looking for the possibility of connecting to other women during your working time.
