      Pros

      Management is very hands-on and cares about their people. Decent pay and benefits. Fast-paced work environment with plenty of room for growth. Good job is rewarded and not left unseen. Flexible schedule.

      Employee's are highly valued here. The company has assembled a great team who all work together well. They provide energy storage for alternative energy systems.

      Eco friendly company, collaborative and team oriented workplace, hands-on management, Executive team really cares and knows what’s going on in all departments.
