      Pros

      The employees work hard and put up with a lot of abuse. Without them, this company would be nothing.

      Cons

      This company is a very stressful and unpleasant work place. No one is treated fairly. The owners could care less about their employees.

      Pros

      Nice technology company. Doing well in the area.

      Cons

      Owned by a married couple who are the only management in the company. They keep all the $$ to themselves and own the company and do not pay much to any employee. People working there are very dissatisfied and there is no bonus or profit sharing.

      Pros

      I'm not really sure if there are any pros.....lunch break is 30 minutes.....only get paid once a month....no air conditioning....

      Cons

      The owners are mentally unstable. They are verbally abusive. They do not know how to run a company. This place is a house of horrors. Beware!

      It is unfortunate to see this type of review. We are a small company and have an open door policy to air grievances. We have one hour long lunch breaks and allow for other appointments that arise. Sinmat is in a fully air-conditioned office and manufacturing space with open access by employees to change thermostat. Comments on owners is wholly inappropriate. Owners regularly reward employees with free lunch and open communications.
