Pros

There is a creative, design-led atmosphere and the opportunity to work with talented people across different parts of the business. The role gave me exposure to a broad range of tasks early on, which helped me build confidence and develop practical People Ops skills. Some colleagues are incredibly supportive and genuinely care about the employee experience.

Cons

Unfortunately, my experience is shaped by inconsistent leadership and lack of clarity. I often feel micromanaged, with constant check-ins, shifting priorities, and limited trust to work independently. Recognition is rare, and efforts often go unnoticed. I also find little investment in development – ideas for growth were dismissed, and meaningful progression feels out of reach. Communication can be unclear, and decisions are sometimes made without proper context or transparency.

Cons

Working at Sircle Collection has been an uphill battle from the start. My experience with this employer has been disappointing due to several issues that have had a significant impact on my overall job satisfaction. One of the most evident problems I encountered at Sircle Collection is the lack of structure. From disorganized workflows to vague expectations, the absence of a clear operational framework has made it incredibly difficult to perform efficiently. It's frustrating to be constantly guessing what's expected of you and what steps to take next. This lack of structure has not only hindered my productivity but also caused unnecessary stress. Moreover, the company's old boys' network. The preference for promoting and favoring individuals based on connections rather than talent is often apparent. It undermines motivation but also fosters an unhealthy work culture. The cold and distant atmosphere at Sircle Collection adds to the overall sense of dissatisfaction. The lack of genuine team spirit among colleagues and management leaves one feeling isolated and unsupported. The fun is very fake. It's disappointing to say that it seems as if employees are set up to fail from the beginning. The absence of adequate training, coupled with unclear expectations and insufficient support, leaves newcomers struggling to meet goals that seem to keep changing without warning. There are undoubtedly opportunities for improvement, but as it stands, Sircle Collection has much to address in order to create a more positive and supportive work environment.
