      Pros

      A great learning experience. You'll have the opportunity to learn every aspect of every position, from merchandising to scheduling depending on your ability.

      Cons

      Don't expect to get paid properly for the work that you do. Don't expect to hear "great job" or any other form of appreciation Don't expect to have a life outside of work. Don't expect to get a promotion without sucking up big time and feeling like a part of you died.

      Banner Discount of 20% Store is never regular priced for purchases Love my coworkers and management team within the store Great customers

      Overworked under paid No work/life balance Not paid your worth or experience District manager is only there for her bonus No ability to grow Company will not take outside the box thinking Always working in discontent Voice is never heard District will talk down to you unless you are making money. You will get blamed for not making budget even though it is kit only at store level there is an issue Stop changing the promotions every 2nd day!! Not only is it a waste of employee hours but a waste of paper!
