Fair amount of freedom - if you bring in money, you may get paid well for a little while only though.
Cons
CEO is nothing short of a thief, they do not honor contracts and have a consistent record of not doing so. Over the past number of years, their revenue has dropped and by large margins while other consultancies have thrived through what has clearly been a series of 'boom' years for this space. Get all payments up front - if they think they can take your money, they will.
