      ~ They know how to listen to their employees. ~ Very willing to provide support to their employees. ~ Very organized work process ~ Trains you to be assertive ~ Forgiving of mistakes

      Work can be pretty hectic sometimes, but that's understandable. Plus, it depends on the season.
