wages low, no chance of moving up, Health and safety is talked about but rarely actioned, working directive is completely ignored many staff work on call and are expected to work the next day as stated on timesheets. no one has signed in or out of 48 hour week, before covid upto 70 hours a week, If you do not want to do overtime you need to state this in a email for the day in question, Cars carry unsafe loads, too much weight and unsecured ladders ( no roofracks), updates and changes are emailed out, need to check for these every morning before you start work.
