      Pros

      Great pay, good benefits, per diem for travel work, traveling for free is nice, everyone you work with a skillwork helps as best they can to get you working as soon as you need or desire.

      Cons

      Due to the nature of production/manufacturing and long hours the work life balance is none existent. Travel with your family or do this if you have nothing to leave behind.
