      Great people Management isn't total crap like most call center's but they are not perfect Tight nit Snacks in the kitchen and often lunches and other freebies after work drinks :) No KPIs forced down your throat

      Cons

      Low pay for cs role in call center customers are actually idiots Understaffed scuffed solutions to some things Satellite internet sucks
