Good team Regular reviews and quarterly bonus Xmas box Interesting work They could be very kind to members of the team who were struggling, there was a personal approach from management

Cons

Management were a bit "old boys" club - partly due to the niche nature of the product, everyone know everyone and its very male dominated Still a little "retro" in its management style and Oswestry also has some "provincial" management styles - no women in the top jobs
