      -- integrity of team and consistency in showing up professionally -- differentiation in process and soft skills with an agile focus of communication and collaboration that saves customers time and money in fast tracking software development

      Cons

      -- outsourcing required a smaller window of collaboration btw Romania and US teams -- Go to Market strategy for outbound hunting had opportunities to pivot for industries, customer size and product functionality (ie java script framework that's customer facing and more design focused vs. database work)

      Great culture fit -- working out as a team twice a week, volunteering at the Holidays, NFL drafts etc. Loved building relationships with the team in Romania.

      Cons

      Small overhead in the US; would have loved to amplify our hunting
