      Absolutely terrible. Run from this company as fast as you can

      There are absolutely no pros regarding this company. the good people they have, leave after a few months

      Cons

      Terrible management team and structure. There are frequent threats, insults, harassment, bullying, micromanagement, terrible culture and work environment. These people are dishonest with everyone, no exceptions. They scam employees, clients, partners with no regrets and even a bit of pride. They are absolute psychos (especially top management). No ethics or morality. They insult and threaten employees (and clients) in public. No regard for personal life or health. Toxic work environment. Total disrespect for people. For your sake stay away from this company, no matter the job role

      work 10h a day; 15 interviews+5 prospec meetings+10 solutions; ITr, junior Business manager and it people are just numbers. if you leave the office at 6 pm you are called attention and threatened. They don t care about covid19 and they go to the office everyday. If you dont go you are threatened every single day.

      You are micromanaged all the time. There is a camera installed in both offices (Porto and Lisbon) so the directors can watch you on your desk. You are forced to work heavy long hours on a daily basis as they believe quantity is equal to quality. On your holidays/days off you are expected to check your emails regularly and carry the on call phone with you. They have non sense KPI's and expect you to work like a dog to make those KPI's just because they only care about nonsense figures that don't even translate into quality. The turn over in this company is crazy high and they are so oblivious to that, they just can't see what is wrong.
