      Pros

      I thoroughly enjoy working every day with my colleagues, and we are all focused on the same goals. It's a team effort with a casual atmosphere - beautiful office space, and no "silos". Coming 4+ years ago from a more corporate feel, this was a huge and welcome departure (and continues to be!)
