Pros

Remote work - but with work genuinely happening at a decent speed with great quality. Regular off sites for crucial face to face time. Really interesting product, work and a genuinely exciting time to be a part of SmartRecruiters and the changes we're bringing to the industry Amazing people, actually really nice, really good people - no drama, everyone doing their best Really engaged customers which is rare in many organisations to help guide our product growth A fantastic c-suite who are approachable and ambitious in driving the company forwards Supportive environment with great flexi time policies

Cons

A little too intense at times with too much trying to be done at once by so few people. Being a little more ruthless in terms of priority calls would be a good thing Pay is under market value still

SmartRecruiters is an organisation that puts its employees first with a great benefits package including health care, mobile and internet reimbursement, unlimited holiday and two annual shutdowns. An organisation that lives and breaths #ASONE mentally supporting each other to achieve common goals and reduce the friction in the job market. Hard work is required but recognised with quarterly awards and recognition alongside various SPIFFS and annual incentives (Presidents Club etc.)

Cons

Regional & international travel remains restricted unless c-suite or senior management. Office locations (where applicable) are not fit for purpose post-pandemic.

From the top down, people are supportive and empowering. The products are market leading but it’s the people and the leadership that make this place a great place to work.
