      Toxic to the core

      Pros

      Remote working, which kind of but not enough, helps you avoid the super toxic people and culture

      Cons

      The most toxic work environment I have ever worked at unfortunately. Starts from the top. The leadership team is the worst combo of fake, self absorbed, incompetent, liars, political but not in a smart or intelligent way, and uninspiring group. Then throughout the organisation enough bad eggs sprinkled at all levels that means you dread coming in as feel attacked from all directions. Please avoid at all cost, its too bad to ever get better.

      WFH, competitive pay, some great people.

      Cons

      Constant layoffs and reshuffling, no transparency from management, disjointed product, very questionable company decisions, no guidelines methodologies or best practices and execs who setout company values but don't follow them. Promotions mean a title change and more responsibility but no pay rise. A confused company that wants to be a fast growing start-up but is actually an aging, stagnant sinking ship.

      Some really strong and talented people lower down the food chain.

      SmartRecruiters has stopped caring about its people. Layoffs handled with no regard for people’s well-being Upper echelon of leadership is extremely disconnected from people with boots on the ground Interim CEO thinks of nothing but numbers, with 0 care for employees
