      Supportive and present leadership. They genuinely care about you as an employee and want you to succeed. Great, young work culture with many company events. Clear paths to career advancement. Ability to change teams if you are not meshing with where you start.

      Cons

      Sink or swim when first starting. More due to the nature of project management, but the job can be stressful at times.
