Pros

Leaving SnapNurse was the only pro.

Cons

I can't even consider calling the CEO or the COO leaders. That's not what they are. I cringe every time I see their pictures or awards for "Leadership". They're dictators that have absolutely no business "leading" a company. They'll be the first to yell, berate, and fire you in front of the whole company for simply breathing the wrong way. I've seen colleagues get fired for asking a question and simply trying to help find a solution. God forbid you ever, ever suggest anything there. If you don't kiss their butts and be their slave, you might as well just start looking for another job. If you want a job, keep your mouth shut and work 60+ hours a week. Have a family? Hope you don't enjoy being around them. Got plans for the weekend? You thought you did. Want to take PTO? Automatic decline. There's a reason that SnapNurse is quick to hire you as an employee, it's because of TURNOVER!! Employees drop like flys over there. If anyone tells you they're happy there, that's a lie. People are moved into positions where they have zero experience! Hmmm, I wonder why those departments are not running smoothly?? If you are considering working as a slave at SnapNurse, go through LinkedIn and see who's all worked there in the past and send them a message to get their thoughts. You will be glad that you did! Whoever at SnapNurse is replying to these reviews, save yourself the trouble and don't even bother replying to this one because I don't want to talk about things "offline" and save you the embarrassment.

Pros

None. I have worked in the travels nurse industry for years and this is the worst, most unethical company I have ever been a part of.

Cons

As a travel nurse: -you won’t get paid on time and will have a hard time speaking to anyone. All your calls are routed to a call center in Atlanta. -your license is at stake as they will start you without the right credentials/missing credentials but send you to the assignment just so they can get paid -I’ve seen recruiters literally block calls and call nurses annoying -SnapNurse will have you working with NONE of your pay information entered correctly, resulting in late to NO pay As a SnapNurse Employee: -they will reel you in with a high salary and false promises, just to let you go weeks later with no explanation what so ever -I have heard live phone calls where the CEO cusses, yells and threatens to fire employees. This includes conference calls with other employees on the phone -Company is operating only to make executives money at the expense of letting go employees at anytime. I know the industry inside and out. DO NOT AFFILIATE YOURSELF WITH THIS COMPANY. Go with companies like Aya, KPG, AMN, etc. This goes for corporate employees and nurses.

Pros

This company has no Pros/

Cons

From the moment you get hired they sell you dreams, they do not take anything in consideration if you’ve worked days and nights or all day or all week or 12 days in a row. If they need to fire people anyone i mean anyone can go.. they don’t care if you have recruited 15-20-40 clinicians that doesn’t count for anything. If you are friends with management you might get spared but good luck , and if you are cool with management they will promote you before anyone else , the MOST UNPROFESSIONAL PLACE TO WORK AT, I mean people got fired without notice , your emails will just automatically be disabled , no call, no text , no email, no smoke signal, no white pageant with a note .. they have no loyalty , no transparency .. then the poor clinicians you are working with are now lost with no recruiters , trying to find someone to help them !! Everyday you go to work with the fear that you might go home with out a job , no respect , as human beings and in the circumstances that we are in.. fire people saying there is no need for them and then recruit 10 new ones !!! Grimy !! Try it at your own risk !!
