Great place to work. The culture is strong, people are friendly, supportive, and easy to collaborate with. Leadership, including the founders, is approachable and clearly driven by big long-term goals. It feels less like a corporate setup and more like a home where learning and growth are encouraged. I’ve learned a lot here in a short span, especially about teamwork, and ownership.

I was always on the other side, hearing my experienced classmates say that corporate life is full of toxicity, deadlines, workload, and no work-life balance. But when I got into their shoes, it turned out to be a completely different picture. Flexible timings, a cool manager and no rigid deadlines. So this is what I have experienced so far here in Bangalore and looking forward for the same in future.
