Nice salary, however, it's dependent on your position and work experience. Good colleagues, but it can be dependent on your team, of course. Also, a lot of free coffee, tea and snacks :)
Cons
Cannot really remember any cons. Any problem can be resolved by talking to managers, I think. Or by changing a team or project.
