Worked with great people. Had a chance to learn different technologies, work hands on with developers. It was a great culture fit for me.
Cons
Not a lot of mobility inside the company. The path to become a developer was not very clear or well defined. Would have loved to stay longer with the company if there would have been more opportunities.
