They claim to be progressive but this is a facade designed to lure in young bright employees Poor business model, witnessed management turn a blind eye when proven to be operating at a loss. They have no idea how to value an employee so their employee retention is terrible The only way to move up is to be there longer than anyone else (how most of upper management are in their positions) High turnover because they also refuse to pay staff fairly, certification staff have high pressure roles.
