      Pros

      Flexible working at it's best - the company really cares about its employees work life balance whilst never compromising on quality delivered to clients The company strives to employ the best of the best so there is a great team of really experienced individuals. There is a great culture of collaborative working and knowledge sharing, there is always an opportunity to keep learning which I love. Sojourn really care about the well being of their employees and are always seeking to ensure the team are happy and healthy within their busy roles.

      Pros

      Really professional team that I work with, lots of different characters, lots of hard workers, who are happy to share their knowledge with each other, really enjoy working with everyone, love the Partners honesty too and work ethic.

      Cons

      Haven't got to meet all of the team in person as we are in different countries, fingers crossed one day, at least Zoom helps.
