Only good thing was the experience in solar.
Cons
Traveling and staying in shady Air BnB's. No overtime. Pay is weak. They tell you they'll consider a raise and then change their minds. Don't like to buy the materials you actually need to do the job. No benefits. No vacation. No paid holidays.
