      Spying everyone no privacy disrespect lock of management and industry experiences micromanagement Push to working long hours lies plus lies no good culture in the company the product will be long way to go, there is no such "coming soon" the product will be expensive compared with power level capability per each function of product respectively, there is nothing new still there is no product even someone claims the company has three years old low benefit, medical insurance only for employee, no 401k the stock option is expensive, you will pay your fortune to get it big dream. no plan, no clear target

      friendly employees who believes in green energy

      Cons

      - avg 12 hr work days (illegal in califormia) - management will bully which often result in a confrontational situation - over 20 cameras in a small confined space - management will call you during your break - wanabe apple attitude (which is nothing like apple) - share your personal history and family matters with employees - inexperience to manufacturing process - no one has worked over a year (they've all quit) - management will spy on your conversations via cam CONSISTENTLY - management will use your personal social media accounts for spying - management will force you to lie to investors - management will force you to write a good review on glassdoors - management will call glassdoors to remove negative comments
